To get a eligibility for refund and replacement on your purchased item you must fulfil these conditions

  1.  Having any mismatch in received product  from the displayed product while ordering
  2. If the received product is damaged 
  3. Make a video without any cuts, editing or any pauses while opening the package.
  4. Without a video  of package opening there will be no  replacement ,
  5. The damage or mismatch should be reported within 48 hours after receiving the product.
  6. If damage is repairable or minor no exhange or replacement is considered.

How to apply for the replacement ?

You can apply for the replacement of the product which is purchased by our website by sending the video
to our email or whatsapp . once we received we check and if your request is accepted then we will send you
the instructions to return the package.

How long it will take to replace my damaged or mismatch product?

Once we receive the product from you the product will be replaced within 72 hours only if the product is found to
be damaged or mismatched.

Do we get refund ?

No, the refund is not possible as we make only the customized products once the product is customized of your
choice it cannot be sold to others . Refund is not possibe but replacement is possible only if the product found to
be damaged or mismatched. you cannot cancel the order once the product is dispatced.

Is cash on delivery is available?

We apologize , we understand your preference of choosing the cash on delivery option as the COD is high to returnto origin as we deal with customized products it cannot be reused.
